I Love These Shoes - I have been wearing Danskos for three
years now and have six pairs. The quality and sizing has been
consistent with all six pairs. Danskos do run small. I have
average width feet and wear a size 9 1/2. In Danskos I need a
size 41 which is supposed to be the same as an American 11.
That's my only complaint - the sizing is deceptive, but I am
finding that to be the case with most European sized shoes I
buy. Sonja size 42- My first pair of Danskos. Read the
reviews, and wasn't sure whether or not I should get my size
or the next larger. So I bought two pairs, one 41 and one 42.
I normally wear a US size 10.5 or 11, wide, and according to
Dansko that means I should wear their 41s, but I found the 42
to be a perfect fit and returned the 41s. There was no
break-in time, and these shoes are easily the most comfortable
I have worn. I like them better than Born or Clarks. I'm
deciding what color I want for my next pair! Thank you Zappos
